Le Vieux Mas en Provence
My name is Catherine, I am in my 50s, and the Old House has been part of my life since I was 1 year old. My parents bought the house in 1971, and I stayed there every single school holiday as I was growing up.
When the house was purchased, it was a ruin. Over the years my parents renovated and improved the property, whilst retaining the original features. I consider the Old House my home, and Cotignac is the location I feel most at home.
I am an experienced nurse. My husband, Steve, is a teacher by profession. When I inherited the house from my parents, Steve and I decided the time was right to invite guests to our little slice of Provencal paradise.
I practice Reiki and am now a Reiki master. In the future I hope to offer guests the option of Reiki treatments at The Old House.
